I am Locked Out Of My Account or Getting a Login Error Message. What Can I Do?

Trouble shooting ideas when you are unable to access your account.

Here are some troubleshooting ideas to try if you find you are getting a login error message.

~Refresh your browser and try again.
~Clear your cache.
~Make sure the word "legacy" is not in your dashboard web address. That is associated with our old platform and sometimes auto-populates in the field. As that platform has been shut down, you will get an error message if you try to log in using that method. Make sure you are logging in from our updated platform: www.frontofficerocks.com
~Make sure your account is current(not cancelled or in payment default).
~Try the password reset.
~Log in using an incognito window. Some practice office security software prevents using the site unless approved.
