How to Remove a Student From Your Front Office Rocks Group

If a team member leaves your practice, you can remove them from your roster to free up that seat again.

1. Click "Members"

 

2. Click the three dots next to the student you want to remove. Make sure you have pulled any needed documentation for their employee files, and that the member has saved/printed any completed Certificates. You will not be able to retrieve them after the student is removed from your group.

 

3. Click "Remove from Group". This will remove them from the Group and free up the seat for a new team member addition.
