How do I reactivate/repurchase my subscription after I have cancelled it?
Steps to repurchase a Front Office Rocks subscription that has been cancelled or is inactive.
- Go to https://frontofficerocks.com/membership/
- Select the option you would like to purchase. These are auto-billed accordingly until a Pending Cancellation request is submitted by the Primary Group Admin account in the Order History tab prior to the next billing date.
- Complete the order information required. Use the same email address and Group Name as you originally purchased if you want your historical information to travel to this new purchase. If you need assistance with that information, please reach out to us and we can provide that information for you. Please note that our prices have recently updated and any previous pricing will no longer be available.
- Select Subscribe to complete your purchase.
- Your previous log in credentials should work to log in but can be updated if needed on the log in page or on your Dashboard under the Edit Account tab.
