How can I re-send a welcome invitation email to an employee who never activated their account?

From your dashboard in the Admin log in, visit your My Group tab. Then select Members. From here you can see pending invitations to your group and manage your existing members. 

When you hover over a pending invitation there will be an option to copy their invite link. You can then open your email inbox and send a message directly to your pending team member.

The site also sends out a password link via email. Be sure to ask your employee to check their spam folder or “Lost your password” on the login page.

If it has been a long time, we recommend selecting the trash can avatar to delete the original invitation, and then go to Manage Members and send them another invitation.
