Find and Message Individual/Group Members on Front Office Rocks Platform in Your Group
Follow these steps to send team members messages after you have connected with them in the Members area of our Social tab on your Dashboard. This is a great way for Group Admins to send a "bulk" message or course links "request to complete" actions.
1. Navigate to https://courses.frontofficerocks.com/ and log into your account.
2. Click the Social drop down menu on your dashboard and then click "Members".
3. Click in the "Search Members…" field.
4. Type "their last name" [[enter.]]
It's best to search by last names. We encourage you to add a profile picture/office logo, as it makes it easier to find each other here. Also, we suggest using your regular name for ease of search options.
5. Click on the person + avatar.
This will send the member a request to accept, just like other social media platforms. Admins: remind your team to accept the notifications they will receive on their own dashboard membership account. When they accept it, the + will change to a green check mark and allows you to message them.
6. Click the envelope to open up the message feature.
7. Click this search field to add name(s) you want to message.
8. Type the last name of the team member you want to add to the To: tab.
9. Click on the team members name after you locate them in the drop down answers from the search. This will add them to the To: field.
10. Type the next team member's name that you want to add.
11. Click on their name to add them.
12. When you have added all the team members you wish to correspond with, click in the Write A Message area to create your message.
14. Click this button to send the message to the team/designee.
Admins: You may want to alert your team you have sent them a message until they get used to monitoring their FORx messages/notifications on their training dashboard.
Check your own Notifications for responses from them to the Message you sent.
